Dr. Jonathan Banks: In this case, those are two very different things.
I enjoyed this movie about a psychiatrist, Dr. Banks (Jude Law), dealing with the consequences of treating a young woman, Emily (Rooney Mara, star of the American version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), who exhibits signs of depression and suicidal tendencies after her husband's release from prison.
When things with Emily take a drastic and violent turn, Dr. Banks begins to question everything, including himself.

Rooney Mara and Jude Law were both excellent in their roles, the story was intriguing, and it keeps you guessing.
I read ahead and spoiled the ending for myself, but I didn't ruin it for Tyler, and he liked how events unfolded. After watching Hyde Park on Hudson (awful), this was a breath of fresh air!
